By accessing or using our website (www.inventegy.com) or products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or access our platform.
Eligibility and Access
By using our products and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Services Overview
Inventegy AB provides AI-powered software products and services designed to help organizations improve efficiency, automate processes, and make data-driven decisions. Access to specific services may require registration, purchase of a license, or entry into a separate agreement. These Terms apply to all publicly accessible content and services unless otherwise superseded by a signed agreement.
Account Registration and Responsibilities
To access certain features of Inventegy AB products and services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we find that you have provided false information or violated these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, software, source code, documentation, graphics, and materials provided by Inventegy AB are the exclusive property of Inventegy AB or its licensors. Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our software or services. Limited rights to use our platform may be granted under a separate license or subscription agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use products and services of Inventegy AB in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with the performance, security, or integrity of our platform. Prohibited behavior includes unauthorized access, distribution of malicious code, scraping, spamming, or violating any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against any breach of this provision.
Fees and Payment Terms
Certain features and services may require payment, which will be detailed in a service-level agreement or purchase order. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, and we reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
Third-Party Services and Links

These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their respective terms and policies.
Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use confidential information without prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation shall survive the termination of your relationship with Inventegy AB.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventegy AB disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inventegy AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the fees paid by you to Inventegy AB within the one (1) month preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inventegy AB and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or poses a legal risk. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and any outstanding payments will become due.
a) Free Subscription Terms
Inventegy AB may offer access to the Service on a free-of-charge basis (“Free Subscription”), subject to specific restrictions and limitations. These may include limitations on the number of workspaces, usage credits, or available features, as specified in the Service’s user interface or outlined in an applicable Order.
Each customer is allowed only one Free Subscription. Customers with an active paid subscription may not create an additional Free Subscription. Similarly, creating multiple Free Subscriptions under different accounts is not permitted.
Inventegy AB reserves the right to modify or terminate any Free Subscription at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Free Subscriptions are provided “as is,” and Inventegy AB is under no obligation to offer technical support, updates, or maintenance.
Features and functionality available during a Free Subscription may differ from those offered in a paid subscription, and there is no guarantee that any specific features will carry over upon upgrading to a paid plan.
b) Price Adjustments
Inventegy AB reserves the right to increase or adjust the fees for its products and services, which will be effective at the beginning of any renewal Subscription Period. Customers will be notified of any fee increase in advance, which may be communicated via invoice or other written notice.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a) Good-Faith Negotiation
In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions between senior representatives of each Party. These discussions must begin within two (2) weeks after one Party provides written notice of the dispute to the other. If the dispute is not resolved within one (1) month from the date of that written notice.
During this process, both Parties must continue to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement, including any payment obligations.
b) Governing Law and Formal Resolution
Agreement and any related disputes or claims shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without reference to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden.
Disputes shall be finally resolved through arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.
- The arbitral tribunal shall consist of three (1 or 3) arbitrators.
- The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden.
- The language of the proceedings shall be English.
- The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both Parties.
When providing notice to Inventegy AB, the Customer must also send a copy to legal@inventegy.com.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
